Gluing of the inside ring is needed before wheel assembly. Here, a little bit of glue goes along way. 

Available in Tri White, Tri Black , Tri Black / Gold Rivets, Tri Black / Silver Rivets, Tri White / Gold Rivets, and Tri White / Silver Rivets.
