On October 22, 2025, I rolled into Drift America RC in Dallas, Texas — no drift car in the trunk, but full of hype and ready to soak in the scene. Located at 10420 Plano Rd, Suite 105, this place is the undisputed hub of RWD RC drifting in the DFW area, and even without my rig, it did not disappoint.

No Car? No Problem — The Locals Delivered

Let’s be real: showing up to a drift track without a car feels like arriving at a barbecue without ribs. But the Drift America RC crew and locals had my back. Within minutes of walking in, I was handed a controller and got behind the wheel of a loaner setup for a few hot laps. Huge thanks to the guys who made it happen — you know who you are. That’s the kind of hospitality that keeps this hobby thriving.
